Former Cabinet Minister for National Building - Rohitha Abegunawardhana was injured today during a protest. Rohitha was born in 1966 September 21. Hehe a p[olitician as well as a businessman. He represented Kaluthara District.
In 2008 he was questioned for allegations of undeclared assets estimated at more than 400 million. However Rohitha Abegunawardana was rushed to National hospital for medical treatment.
According to the latest news, the protest has been organized against for Central Bank Governor and the increase of VAT ( TAX )
